Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of prior Outside Sales experience in the roller industry. Prefer Non-woven and/or Polyurethane roller knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior Technical Sales proficiency
- Must have New business development along with organic growth achievements
- Team selling talents.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong technical/mechanical capacity
Responsibilities
- Working with Engineering and Inside Sales departments to support your territory.
- Hybrid balance of working from home, office and some overnight travel in Midwest
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Achieve mutually agreed upon sales performance goals.
- Set follow-up appointments to follow-up on new opportunities and make customers aware of
